My Bodhi Beads Terms and Conditions

These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your access to use of My Bodhi Beads and services (“products”)

Please read these terms carefully and contact us here [email protected] if you have any questions. By accessing and using the My Bodhi Beads site you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and our conditions.

Only one delivery address per order
You will receive a number of access codes to the "I Am Meditation Series" that matches the number of beads purchase. For example 2 sets of beads purchase, 2 access codes given.
Access to the meditation series is limited to the number of bead sets purchased. Should we suspect the access has been shared more that the amount of access given we may choose to remove or restrict access to the series.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure offers are applied at checkout before purchase is made.
Offers cannot be applied after purchase.

Multi-buy Offers:

This includes offers such as 3 for 2, 2 for 1, buy 1 get 1 half price etc.

The cheapest item will be the item given to you at either half price or no cost (this is dependant on the applicable offer).
This offer must be automatically applied at the checkout, when you make a purchase or you may need to use a discount code.
This offer cannot be used against items in our sale/clearance section.
You can only redeem the multi-buy offer during the time of the promotion. Not before or after.
We reserve the right to amend the multi-buy offer terms and conditions from time to time when we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.

Multi-buy Offer Refunds:

In the rare occasion where damage or loss happens during transit and a refund is agreed upon.

All products will revert to their full price once any items are returned.
The total price of the garments you keep will be deducted from the price of your order.
No other codes can be applied retrospectively if you choose to refund an item.

Fixed Price Multi-buy Offers

The amount will be discounted from the total at the checkout.
This offer cannot be used against items in our sale/clearance/ promotional code section.
This offer may be automatically applied at the checkout, or you may need to use a discount code.
You can only redeem the fixed price multi-buy offer during the time of the promotion and not before or after.
we reserve the right to amend the fixed price multi-buy offer terms and conditions from time to time when we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.

Percentage Discounts

This includes site-wide discounts and discount codes.

You can only use one code/discount per order.
All discounts have expiry dates and may have limited use.
Some discount codes and promotions will have restrictions on what they can be used on.
You may have to spend over a certain amount for the discount to apply, or the code may only work on certain products or ranges.
Discount codes will not work alongside site-wide discounts. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your code isn't working it may be invalid due to another promotion or expired.
All discount codes have to be applied at the time of purchasing, if you attempt to apply or use a code after ordering it may not be possible.
We reserve the right to amend percentage discount terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.

Buy More, Save More/Shop and Save

This includes percentage discounts off orders of certain values, with the percentage discount increasing when you spend more.

You can only use one discount per order.
This offer will have expiry dates and may have limited use.
This discount cannot be applied to sale items.
You will have to spend a certain amount for the discount to apply, this discount will increase the more you spend.
This discount will not work alongside any other site-wide discounts. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the discount doesn't work it may be invalid due to another promotion or expired.
If this offer is applied via a code it needs to be used at the time of purchasing, if you attempt to apply or use a code after ordering it may not be possible.
We reserve the right to amend the buy more, save more terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.

Promotional code:

Only one promotional code can be applied per transaction.
From time to time, we may give you Promo Codes that you can use to reduce the price of specified products. Remember, it’s up to you to enter the code at checkout!
Codes cannot be used retrospectively (once the order has been placed)
Each Promo Code has its own terms, which will be made clear at the time it’s issued to you (e.g. what products, single/multiple uses, when it can be used etc).
If we think there is or has been misuse of a Promo Code in any way (e.g. selling it or sharing it with others), we can cancel your Promo Code and/or suspend or even close your account without telling you.
We don’t like to do this, but if a Promo Code can’t run properly because someone or something is spoiling the fun for everyone – e.g. fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control that affects the running or fairness of the Promo Code – we can cancel, modify or suspend the Promo Code.

Promo code not working?

If you find that your promo code isn't working then please check the below:

You can only use one discount/promo code per order. This applies to our free delivery codes too.
Discount/promo codes cannot be used for gift vouchers or for any delivery charges.
As our discount/promo codes vary so do the terms and conditions of each, so make sure you check when you receive any codes. Codes may only be valid for certain items and the majority of codes will have an expiry date. You should be able to find the terms and conditions in the same place you found the code whether it be through an email or on our website.
Some codes will only work for specific people or for specific countries. The terms and conditions will state if the code can only be used in a certain country. If you've received the code in an email from My Bodhi Beads then the code may also be locked to that email address. Make sure you're trying to use the code using your My Bodhi Beads account that has the same email address as we sent the code to.

If your discount code is still not working after checking all of the above, then please get in touch with [email protected] so we can help you further.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered.

Coupon codes are issued 1 for every set of beads purchased when making a bulk order.

For example, 50 beads will equal 50 codes.

The coupon codes provide the recipient will access to the I am Meditation series for free. These are to be used alongside Bodhi Beads and are the responsibility of the purchaser to distribute when reselling beads.

Bodhi Beads will not be held responsible for loss or damage to Bodhi Beads once the bulk order package has arrived with the original buyer.

Any instances of loss or damage once the Bulk order arrives is thereafter the responsibility of the buyer when it comes to reselling the beads.

When submitting an order it is the original buyer's responsibility to fill in the correct information on the assessment form at the time of purchase. Changes to order or styles can not be guaranteed once an order has been made.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the bulk order and will be the responsibility of the buyer to send the bulk order back in full if a refund is requested. Returns information can be found here

The ‘I Am Meditation Series’

This series is available to download after the purchase of a set of My Bodhi Beads. You receive one access link per set of beads.
Should a refund be carried out due to loss or damage you will no longer have access to the I Am Meditation Series.
Should you purchase more than one set of beads for family or friends you will receive unique access codes for them to join the I Am Meditation series too.
Should we notice any suspicious behaviour or multiple accounts using your access code to the meditation series we will investigate this further and may restrict access to the. Series upon our findings.

Membership is not an automatic right:

It is a benefit for the community members who follow the reasonable rules laid out by Bodhi Yoga Thailand in these conditions whilst treating others inside and outside of this community well. We hope that you will be an active member of our community for a long time however we reserve the right to limit/suspend / or revise your access to this programme at any time should you

(A) Breach these terms
(B) Act in a way that does not align with the values of our community or
(C) Act in a way that causes us or members harm
(D) Use the services or products in a manner that causes risk of harm to others
(E) Misrepresent your intentions or this system on any social sites

We won’t provide notice before termination where:

(A) You are in material breach of these terms
(B) Doing so would cause us legal liability
(C) We are prohibited from doing so by law

Complaints:

Should we receive complaints made from posts being shared or in the way you are representing Bodhi Yoga Thailand we reserve the right to free or terminate your account whilst investigating the complaint. You will be notified as a chosen course is actioned.

General:

We may revise these terms from time to time. We will try to notify of material revisions via announcements/emails and notifications. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions are effective you are agreeing to be bound by the revised terms.
