The Bodhi App Membership Terms


Account

In order to use the Service, you must create an account. When registering for an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and promptly update this information to keep it current. If you provide any information that is inaccurate or incomplete, or we have reason to believe that the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and your use of Service.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur through your account. To protect your account from unauthorized use, do not provide your username or password to anyone else. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security by sending an email to [email protected]

Recurring Billing

The membership fee will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your membership and each month or quarter or year thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. We automatically bill your payment method each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership. We reserve the right to change our billing timing, in particular, if your payment method has not successfully been charged.

No Refunds

Payments are non-refundable and there are no credits for partially used periods. Following a cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to your Bodhi App Membership through the end of your current billing period.

Cancellations 

You may cancel your Bodhi App Membership at any time for any reason. To cancel your recurring subscription, please visit your membership area. Once logged in click your profile avatar, go to settings, billing setting and alter your subscription as you choose. Following a cancellation, you will lose access to all Training Plans you enrolled in during your membership at the end of your billing period. If you choose to sign back up as a member, your billing date will update to the day you paid.

Communications

Communications in chat areas, forums, bulletin boards, communities, groups, or other public or common areas of the Service are not private communications. You should use caution when submitting any User Content that contains your personal information to a public or common area of the Service.

User content 

Although Bodhi App has no obligation to screen, edit, or monitor any User Content, Bodhi App reserves the right and has absolute discretion, to remove, screen, edit, or disable any User Content at any time and for any reason without notice. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to User Content that is offensive, indecent, objectionable, or inaccurate. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any User Content, including any loss or damage to any of your User Content.

 

Other Limitations

  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership at our discretion.
  • We may send you emails and other communications related to Bodhi and your Bodhi App membership (regardless of any settings or preferences related to your Bodhi account).
  • You may not transfer or assign your Bodhi membership or any Bodhi benefits, including promotion codes for Bodhi memberships or benefits, except as allowed in these terms.
  • Bodhi App members are not permitted to purchase products for the purpose of resale, or rental.
  • From time to time, Bodhi may choose in its sole discretion to add or remove Bodhi App membership benefits.

 

Fees and Renewal

The membership fee for Bodhi App is stated in the Bodhi App section of our menu. From time to time, we may offer different membership terms, and the fees for such membership may vary. The Bodhi App membership fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. 

If you sign up for your Bodhi App membership through us and are billed by us, then the billing terms described below will apply to your membership.

If all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your membership fee, you must provide us with a new eligible payment method promptly or your membership will be cancelled. If you provide us with a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your new membership period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.

UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE A CHARGE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT TO AUTO-RENEW, YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR BODHI APP MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE AND ANY TAXES, USING ANY ELIGIBLE PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU

 

Promotional Trial and Qualification-Based Memberships

We sometimes offer certain customers various trials or other promotional memberships, which are subject to these Terms except as otherwise stated in the promotional offers. Trial members may at any time (through Your Account) choose not to continue to a paid membership at the end of the trial period.

You must meet the eligibility conditions described on the applicable enrollment page and provide any required documentation. 

Only one trial is permitted per user. If we suspect multiple accounts are being used to qualify for trials of Bodhi App Membership we reserve the right to cancel and remove a user from the trial. 

 

Agreement Changes

We may at our discretion change these Terms, Bodhi's Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, or any aspect of Bodhi App membership, without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
