Thank you for becoming a Bodhi Affiliate.
These terms of service (“terms”) govern your access to use of our affiliate system and services (“products”) Please read these terms carefully and contact us here [email protected] if you have any questions. By accessing and using the affiliate programme you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and our conditions.
Use of our services constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions:
We hereby the right to remove affiliate commissions at our discretion.
What is the Bodhi Affiliate Programme:
The Bodhi Affiliate programme was designed with you in mind. To share a link offering others the option to join a Bodhi Online Training Course. When Affiliate commission is generated you will be notified via email. Should the person who signed up stay past the 30 day money back guarantee (30 days after the course begins) you will receive commision agreed upon at time of sale.
What is an affiliate link?
An affiliate link is a link to a website that has a tracking cookie encoded. That cookie notes if a purchase is made after the link is clicked. The website purchased from (Bodhi) keeps track of the amounts purchased, organised by the unique codes. The “owner” (you) of that code will then receive a commission for the sale. It does not cost you anything extra.
Money back guarantee:
Every Bodhi who joins the course is given a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee to decide if the course is for them. This guarantee starts on the first day the course begins and will end 30 days after. At this point should the Bodhi decide to stay with us and have signed up using your link, you will receive commission for the sale.
When sharing the link:
It is the link sharers responsibility to include affiliation with Bodhi Yoga Thailand when sharing this link with friends, family and on social platforms. This can be stated in use of the word AD or a statement such as : “contains affiliate link”
Pay day:
Affiliates will be paid after the end of Bodhi’s 30 day money back guarantee. This will be stated at time of purchase and should you wish to check can be found out by sending queries to the email below. Should the Bodhi who signed up using your link stay past the 30 day money back guarantee period you will receive the commission agreed up at the time of sale.
The payments will be made via PayPal in GBP.
The link itself:
We cannot alter affiliate transactions or the processes a new member takes to sign up.
How the link works
These Share Links install a cookie onto prospective customer's browsers for 30 days or until the cache is cleared.
The installed cookie allows the Affiliate Marketing System to track views and conversions on the site to automatically calculate and credit Affiliate commission.
How to determine why commission was not credited:
- The purchaser did not buy within 30 days of clicking the Share Link
- The purchaser used a different browser or device from the browser or device used when the Share Link was clicked
- The customer clicked a different Affiliate's Share Link (this overrides the initial link) before purchase.
Your membership and guarantee period:
Upon registering for a Bodhi Training you too have your own 30 day money back guarantee period. Whilst you are invited to join this programme and begin sharing your link from the moment you register you will only be eligible to receive commission after you have passed your own 30 day money back guarantee date.
This means should you choose to stay on the training without requesting a refund within 30 days from the start date of the course we will pay all commission from any sign ups you have acquired in the lead up to that date.
However, should you wish to request a refund and leave the course before the 30 day money back guarantee period you will not be eligible to receive any commission that comes from sales through your link and will no longer have access to the affiliate programme or tier system.
Donation:
Should a donation be made and carried out through an affiliate link we reserve the right to deny the commission and use the donation for its intended purpose
Tier system:
The affiliate tier system is to be accessed upon completion of a Bodhi Retreat or Training. Once the course has been completed and you have been certified as attending the full duration of this course you will be granted access to the tier system.
Cost:
There is no cost to join the Bodhi Affiliate programme
Content and sharing:
Bodhi Reserves the right to use screenshots and images of Affiliate tracking pages in promotion of the Affiliate programme.
Affiliates are permitted to use the Bodhi brand and marketing resources available through the affiliate section of Bodhi. These resources and logos can not be modified by the affiliate and the affiliate will not gain any trademark, copyright or other rights to these resources.
Upon signing up as a Bodhi affiliate, you will be assigned a unique Affiliate code. You are permitted to place links, banners, and other graphics we provide you with alongside your affiliate code on your site, in your emails, on social channels or through other methods of communications you use. We may change the design of these graphics but will notify you ahead of time when we do.
Terms
The team behind Bodhi works hard to ensure we accurately represent our Affiliate Programme and all its earning potential. However, nothing on our sites or in this agreement is a promise or guarantee of earnings.
We cannot guarantee that you will get any results, or earn any money whatsoever. This is not a “get rich quick” scheme.
The affiliate alone is responsible for their marketing strategies, actions and results both in life and in business. Any forward thinking projections and promotions are simply our hopes forecasted and to show future potentials. Not guarantees or promises of real life performance.
Each individual affiliate's level of success in attaining results is dependent upon their individual business savvy, marketing knowledge, dedication, network and subscribers. Because these factors vary we cannot guarantee a blanket degree of success, income or ability to earn.
Bodhi reserves the right to ask for further information regarding suspicious transactions or customers using an Affiliates link. Additionally, should Bodhi request clarification or more information on orders or clicks that we suspect may be in violation of this agreement, we expect that you will respond in a timely and honest manner.
Below are violations of our communication policy.
- You are dishonest, intentionally, vague in answers or found to be lying.
- You are not responsive within a reasonable amount of time and after multiple attempts to make contact using the details provided by you as an affiliate.
- You cannot sustain or validate any given stream of traffic to Bodhi.
If any of the above occur, we observe the absolute right to suspend you from the programme, pending further investigation which may then lead to termination from this programme. Setting your commission to 0% immediately.
Spam and unsolicited email warning
The affiliate will never engage in the distribution of unsolicited but email (spam) mentioning or referencing Bodhi.
Relationship of Parties
Although we value each individual Bodhi Affiliate, nothing in this agreement shall be deemed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship or employment relationship between Bodhi and individual Affiliates.
Under no circumstances will Bodhi be held responsible or liable for any actions or results of the Affiliate.
The affiliate is participating in the Affiliate programme as a fully independent entity. The affiliate is responsible for any and all local and/or foreign income taxes and self-employment taxes, and any other local licences, fees or taxes, sales tax including withholding taxes, social security tax and public liability / insurance necessary.
Membership is not an automatic right:
It is a benefit for the community members who follow the reasonable rules laid out by Bodhi Yoga Thailand in these conditions whilst treating others inside and outside of this community well. We hope that you will be an active member of our community for a long time however we reserve the right to limit / suspend / or revise your access to this programme at any time should you
(A) Breach these terms
(B) Act in a way that does not align with the values of our community or
(C) Act in a way that causes us or members harm
(D) Use the services or products in a manner that causes risk of harm to others
(E) Misrepresent your intentions or this system on any social sites
We won’t provide notice before termination where:
(A) You are in material breach of these terms
(B) Doing so would cause us legal liability
(C) We are prohibited of doing so by law
Complaints:
Should we receive complaints made from posts being shared or in the way you are representing Bodhi Yoga Thailand we reserve the right to free or terminate your account whilst investigating the complaint. You will be notified as a chosen course is actioned.
General:
We may revise these terms from time to time. We will try to notify of material revisions via announcements / emails and notifications. By continuing to access or use the services after those revisions are effective you are agreeing to be bound by the revised terms.
