Bodhi Ambassador Program T&C’S
Thank you for becoming a Bodhi Ambassador.
These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your access to the use of our Ambassador Program system and services (“products”) Please read these terms carefully and contact us here at [email protected] if you have any questions. By accessing and using the ambassador programme you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and our conditions.
Use of our services constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions:
We hereby have the right to remove Ambassadors from the program at our discretion.
What is the Bodhi Ambassador Programme:
A membership program. Its intention, a program that allows a Bodhi who aligns with the Bodhi message to continue their journey of learning and growing amongst a group of like-minded ambassadors. With options to support students through future training and the possibility to progress into roles during the membership. A space to give back and to gain further insights. Designed for a Bodhi with a commitment to deepen their practice and want to spread the Bodhi message.
Progression through the Program.
Upon joining the Ambassador program you will have access to all previous video content and access to upcoming training. You will have the opportunity to support new students and upon doing so can progress into further roles such as joining the Bodhi Director or discovery agents team.
This will be decided upon reflection of the 10 weeks you first share supporting new students through their journeys. Reviewed by Team Bodhi.
Terms
The team behind Bodhi works hard to ensure we accurately represent our Ambassador Programme and all its sharing potential.
As an Ambassador you are agreeing to represent Bodhi when supporting students, interacting within the Bodhi community and displaying actions online whilst doing so. All of this above is expected to represent the Bodhi message.
Bodhi reserves the right to ask for further information regarding suspicious behaviour or interactions within the Bodhi Community. Additionally, should Bodhi request clarification or more information that we suspect may be in violation of this agreement, we expect that you will respond in a timely and honest manner.
Below are violations of our communication policy.
- You are dishonest, intentionally, vague in answers or found to be lying.
- You are not responsive within a reasonable amount of time and after multiple attempts to make contact using the details provided by you as an affiliate.
If any of the above occur, we observe the absolute right to suspend you from the program, pending further investigation which may then lead to termination from this program.
Nothing on our sites or in this agreement is a promise or guarantee of earnings.
We cannot guarantee that you will get any results, or earn any money whatsoever. This is not a “get rich quick” scheme.
Membership is not an automatic right:
It is a benefit for the community members who follow the reasonable rules laid out by Bodhi Yoga Thailand in these conditions whilst treating others inside and outside of this community well. We hope that you will be an active member of our community for a long time however we reserve the right to limit/suspend/or revise your access to this programme at any time should you
(A) Breach these terms
(B) Act in a way that does not align with the values of our community or message
(C) Act in a way that causes us or members harm
(D) Use the services or products in a manner that causes risk of harm to others
(E) Misrepresent your intentions or this system on any social sites
We won’t provide notice before termination where:
(A) You are in material breach of these terms
(B) Doing so would cause us legal liability
(C) We are prohibited from doing so by law
Complaints:
Should we receive complaints made from posts being shared or in the way you are representing Bodhi Yoga Thailand we reserve the right to free or terminate your account whilst investigating the complaint. You will be notified as a chosen course is actioned.
General:
We may revise these terms from time to time. We will notify of material revisions via announcements/emails and notifications. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions are effective you are agreeing to be bound by the revised terms.
